Melissa Lyall founded HIGHER Talent Recruitment, with the goal of taking the stress out of the hiring and recruitment process. She is committed and deeply invested in helping companies reach their goals, succeeding where their own efforts had previously failed. Melissa truly “gives a sh*t” which is why when a great match is found she is genuinely excited.
In a sea of industry sameness, Melissa stands out by bringing personality and realness. Professionalism is always maintained, but she isn’t afraid to have a little fun along the way, bringing energy and enthusiasm to an otherwise serious industry.
